Taking the Extra Step for a Customer
Customer service is very important in order to keep a thriving business. However on several occasions the people from Wal Mart have wronged me. There was an occasion where I was yelled at for passing through an isle where maintenance was trying to clean. Me passing through the isle wasn't a big deal. Maintenance shouldn't of freaked out like they did. On another occasion my partner and I were trying to pay for our groceries. We approach an open register, the cashiers head was down. We placed our groceries down, he gave us a "ARE YOU SERIOUS" look. Then constantly rolled his eyes throughout the transaction. His behavior was strange. I believe yelling at customers, and not acknowledging them is rude. The cashier could of greeted us, ringed us up, and told us the total amount. That's all I expect, just the basics.
