First World Problems

Ryan Higa's "First World Problems" video was sarcastically dramatic, like he always is. But the message was very clear. People complain a lot now a days about what they have or don't have. It's hard not to complain about first world problems, when you don't know what it's like to have third world problems. I am thankful that I don't have third world problems. But it also hurts me because I know my younger relatives in Mexico are having some serious problems. I feel bad for not being able to help...yet. Which is why I try my best to make different choices in life.

The choices I make will hopefully have me living a balanced life so I can reach out. I always do think about the third world problems my relatives could be facing, such as danger, lack of schooling, lack of shoes and clothing and lack of health care. My goal is to ease the problems.
I am glad to be alive and well. I live a simple life so I'm not high maintenance. I would hope that other people would un-program themselves and stop thinking that they need the latest electronics and fashion. There is definetly more in life to accomplish.

The second video "The miniature earth" was interesting, a lot of different races and cultures etc, were mention into one world. But what stood out to me the most was that I am potentially "75%" richer than the population. Because I had a roof over my head and a bed to sleep in with drawers. That quote makes me feel better. I wish others had the same, because really everyone needs shelter and clothing. The theme music in the video was creepy though. The video producers should have picked a better inspiring tune.
